By using this application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Use of the Service
- Provide only text that you have the right to use.
- Do not submit sensitive or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or underlying APIs; respect rate limits and abuse protections.
Accounts and Access
- Sign up/login is handled through Zideons SSO and app-managed authenticated sessions for protected app actions and pages. App session cookies are configured to last up to 14 days unless you log out earlier, clear cookies, or your browser removes them. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them.
- We verify authenticated session state server-side to authorize protected actions and access to protected pages such as the Profile page.
- This app includes a Profile page where you can set a profile name. Profile names are globally unique in this app.
- ZTTS currently provides 12 app-specific free Z-Credits each day. That allowance resets at midnight U.S. Eastern Time, does not roll over, and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn to prevent abuse or support service operations.
- After the app-specific allowance is spent, eligible subscription, promotional, earned, and purchased balances in the shared Zideons Credits wallet may be used across participating Zideons apps.
- Zideons Credits are prepaid or granted application usage units. They have no cash value, are not money or stored monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be used only within participating Zideons apps and services.
- ZTTS shows the exact Z-Credit cost before generation. Credits are reserved before provider work, committed only when the promised audio is delivered, and released when no usable audio is delivered.
- Purchased Zideons Credits do not expire under the current policy. Purchases, orders, refunds, and account-wide transaction history are managed by the central Zideons billing service. Voluntary refund requests are reviewed for the unused proportional purchased credits associated with an order; credits already used are not voluntarily refunded except where required by law or payment-provider policy. The final amount is recalculated when an administrator reviews the request.
- Access may be revoked if misuse or abuse is detected.
- You may contact support by email with or without an account; you remain responsible for the information you share.
Profile Data and Deletion Scope
- Profile data for this app is stored in this app's Firestore project.
- When you delete your account/profile from this app, profile data associated with this app is deleted.
- Your central Zideons SSO profile, shared wallet, purchases, refunds, reservations, and transaction ledger are managed separately and are not deleted by this app-level deletion.
Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of text you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content. Generated audio is provided for your use; we do not claim ownership.
Service Changes
Features may change or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee availability or performance.
Advertising and Cookies
We use essential app session cookies to keep you signed in and authorize protected app actions. Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics consent and can be disabled through Cookie Settings or Global Privacy Control. Google Ads/AdSense scripts may run on this site and are governed by the choices and disclosures described in the Privacy Policy. You can manage or block non-essential cookies through the available controls and applicable Google settings.
Third-Party Links and Ads
Links or advertisements may route you to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content, products, or policies. Review any third-party privacy policy and terms before providing personal or sensitive information.
Third-Party Services
- Gemini API (Google) for speech generation.
- Zideons SSO and app session handling for user accounts and authenticated access control.
- Zideons Credits and billing services for shared wallet balances, reservations, usage transactions, purchases, orders, and refund adjustments.
- Google Cloud Firestore for this app's profile settings and profile-name uniqueness records.
- Google Cloud Firestore usage records for daily allowance, usage events, estimated token counts, estimated provider cost, and abuse-prevention diagnostics.
- Support email handling for account questions, bug reports, and feature requests.
- Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visitor metrics only after analytics consent. Cookie Settings can reject or revoke analytics, and Global Privacy Control disables it.
- Google Ads/AdSense for advertising, which may set cookies or similar identifiers for measurement and personalization.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse, unlawful content, or violation of these terms.

Downloads
When you download generated audio, it is stored on your device. You are responsible for handling, sharing, or deleting those files. We are not liable for loss, corruption, or misuse of downloaded content.
